At FlowX, we are committed to delivering premium quality kitchen sinks. Due to the heavy and specialized nature of our products, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the product is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim.

• The product must be unused and in original packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


3. No Return After Installation

Once the sink has been installed, used, or modified in any way, it is not eligible for return or replacement.

Please ensure compatibility and measurements before installation.


4. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product is unused

• Original packaging is intact

• No scratches or physical damage

• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Shipping charges for return will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after inspection and approval.

Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Hard Water & Installation Disclaimer

FlowX sinks are designed for optimal performance in soft water conditions.

For hard water areas, use of a water softener is recommended.

Pressure pump is required for best performance.

Issues arising due to improper water conditions or installation are not covered under refund policy.
